Before returning an item

Write to vi-mac@virgilio.it or contact +39 393 937 9852, quoting the order number and the products concerned. Do not send products back before receiving return instructions.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers may notify withdrawal within 14 days of delivery where provided by law, including for sealed 25 kg honey pails. Products must be returned intact, complete and properly protected. Sealed goods opened after delivery may be excluded when they cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us as soon as possible and send clear photographs of the packaging, label and product. Consumers retain all free statutory remedies for damaged or non-conforming products.

Refunds and return costs

Approved refunds are made using the original payment method. Refunds may be withheld until the goods are received or shipment is demonstrated where the law allows. The customer pays the direct return shipping costs for ordinary withdrawal, including for 25 kg pails. If a return is required because of a confirmed error or non-conformity attributable to I Coribanti, the statutory remedy is free of charge to the customer, including necessary return shipping.
