Data we process

We may process identification and contact details, delivery and billing data, order and payment status, messages sent through forms or WhatsApp, technical browsing data and cookie preferences. Payment card details are handled by the payment providers available at checkout and are not stored directly by I Coribanti.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to manage orders, delivery, customer support and pre-contractual requests; to comply with accounting, tax and legal obligations; to protect the store from abuse and fraud; and, only where required and consented to, for optional analytics, preferences or marketing technologies.

Recipients and transfers

Data can be shared, only when necessary, with Shopify as ecommerce platform, payment providers, couriers, accounting and technical service providers, and public authorities where required by law. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards required by applicable law.

Retention

Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by law. Messages and support requests are kept for the time needed to respond and manage any related dispute. Consent records are kept for as long as necessary to demonstrate the preference expressed and are renewed where required.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
