Products, prices and orders

Product descriptions, formats and prices are shown in euros. The total payable is shown at checkout before order confirmation. The order becomes binding when Shopify sends the order confirmation. If a product is unavailable after the order is placed, we will contact the customer to agree on a solution.

Payment and delivery

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before payment. Shipments are handled by SDA through Kipoint.

Product condition

Honey can naturally crystallise and vary in colour or texture according to harvest and botanical origin. These natural changes are not defects. Damaged or incorrect deliveries must be reported promptly with the order number and clear photographs.

Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery where provided by law. Exceptions may apply, including sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons once opened. The detailed procedure is available on the Returns page.

Applicable law

Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and the competent court established by law.
